The whitening process we use is Optident whitening kits (at home) when it comes to whitening agents; the two key choices are Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) or Carbamide Peroxide (CP) 6% Hydrogen Peroxide (equivalent to approx. 18% Carbamide Peroxide) – The strongest EU accepted whitening gel can be used at home by the patient in a custom fabricated tray for 30-90 minutes at a time.
